Kristen Lundeen, PE

Kristen Lundeen, P.E. has been working in municipal engineering since 2002 and joined the City of Mequon in 2011.  As the Director of Public Works/City Engineer, she oversees the operations of seven divisions: buildings, engineering, fleet, forestry, highway, parks and recycling (brush site) and two utilities: sewer and water.  She is responsible for overseeing infrastructure improvement planning, budgeting, design and project design management of roadway, drainage, sanitary sewer and other capital improvement projects.  She is also responsible for overseeing all project construction management activities.  This position involves administrative responsibility for the maintenance of sanitary and storm sewers, street and highway maintenance, maintenance of municipal automotive and mechanical equipment, parks and buildings administration and all other activities of the department.  Kristen is a Homestead High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.  She is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.
