Justin Schoenemann

Justin Schoenemann serves the City of Mequon as the Assistant City Administrator. In this role, Justin is responsible for directing the City’s human resources programs including policy development and implementation, recruitment and selection, compensation, employee benefits, labor relations, worker’s compensation, and employee safety. Mr. Schoenemann also oversees the City's IT Division, supports public communications, assists with the City's annual budget process, and manages various service contracts. 

Mr. Schoenemann is a Credentialed Manager through the International City/County Management Association who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, a Minor in Legal Studies, and a Paralegal Certificate from UW-Whitewater, as well as a Master's Degree in Public Administration from UW-Milwaukee.
