In accordance with State requirements, the City of Mequon provides notice of zoning amendments that are scheduled for consideration before the Common Council. Below is a listing of all zoning amendments scheduled for first and second readings at the Common Council's 7:30 P.M. meeting on Tuesday July 9, 2024. First Reading Notice
ORDINANCE 2024-1664 - An Ordinance Amending Chapter 58 of the Mequon Municipal Code Related to the Specific Development Standards for Distilleries; Recommended by Planning Commission June 24, 2024; First Reading.
NOTE: First readings of Ordinances will not be acted upon unless a suspension of the rules is approved by a recorded vote of two-thirds majority of all aldermen.
Second Reading Notice
There are no Second Readings for the July 9th meeting.
NOTE: Second Reading of Ordinances will be acted upon unless deferred by the aldermen.
