Foundation Permit

Foundation permits are required in the City of Mequon.

To obtain a foundation permit, please submit the following items to the Inspections Department:

1. Building Permit Application (see attachment)
2. Foundation Repair Form (see attachment)
3. Copy of contract.
4. Plumbing Permit (see attachment) if installing a sump pump
